Choose classic rounds or a box of flowers. Both are filled with dulce de leche and packaged with a bow and thank-you card, ready to give. Make your box your own: choose your shape, a soft pastel color, and your preferred finish. Customization availability and any price difference are confirmed by message.

- Color: natural, or soft pastel yellow, pink, blue, or green, made with food coloring.
- Finish: powdered sugar on top, or no powdered sugar topping on request.
Tell us your preferences when you text your order. We'll confirm availability and pricing. Skipping the topping does not make the cookies sugar-free; powdered sugar is also used in the dough.

What goes into our alfajores
Simple ingredients. Thoughtfully made.
We make our alfajores with all-purpose wheat flour (Bob’s Red Mill), cornstarch, unsalted butter, powdered sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, baking powder, salt, and La Serenísima dulce de leche. Custom-colored orders also include food coloring.
Contains: wheat (gluten), milk, and eggs.
Our current recipe uses wheat flour and is not gluten-free, including versions without a powdered sugar topping. Have a food allergy? Please text us before placing your order so we can review the ingredient labels for your batch, including the filling and any food coloring. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product or the absence of cross-contact.
What are alfajores?
Alfajores are sandwich cookies filled with dulce de leche, a rich milk caramel. Ours are handmade and finished with powdered sugar.
Can I order more than 12?
Yes. Message us with the quantity and your preferred date to discuss availability and pricing.
Can I request a different color?
Choose soft pastel yellow, pink, blue, or green using food coloring, or keep the natural color. Tell us your preferred color and date so we can confirm availability and pricing.
Where do you deliver?
We offer free delivery in University Park and Highland Park, Dallas, and pickup near SMU. For other locations, contact us to check options.
Can I order without powdered sugar on top?
Yes, ask for no powdered sugar topping when ordering. The dough still contains powdered sugar, so this option is not sugar-free.
Are the alfajores gluten-free?
No. Our current recipe uses all-purpose wheat flour and contains gluten. We do not currently offer a gluten-free version.
